It is a myth that hearing loss only affects “old people” and is just a sign of aging. Hearing loss affects all age groups. In the United States, more than six million people between the ages of 18 and 44 have hearing loss and nearly 1.5 million are of school age.
An audiologist is a medical professional who uses a variety of tests to assess hearing and assess hearing loss and related disorders. Audiologist Kathryn Schmidt-Miller, MS, CCC, is committed to preventing hearing loss through education. She is a member and has served on the Board of Directors of
National Hearing Conservation Association.
CCMG Audiology provides identification, assessment and rehabilitation of hearing loss. A trial period is standard with all hearing aids distributed. The office is a preferred supplier to the Wyoming Miner’s Fund. If hearing is your concern, CCMG Audiology is here to meet your needs.
